The combination of my broad general skills with expertise on cloud, observability, monitoring and uptime, CI/CD systems and software integrations make me an excellent mentor for almost any technical solution.

My software development experience exceeds 25 years and I have worked in a multitude of industries, including shipping, automobiles, education, finance, publishing, fitness, culture and environment. I have an industrial Ph.D. of Computer Science from the University of Copenhagen.

I have led product teams since 2000, and have been in charge of both small and large teams. He has experience with leading experts within software development, UX and QA, and he is particularly skilled in Kanban, Scrum, coaching and mentoring. My international experience includes working in the US, UK, Singapore and Denmark. I have a wide portfolio of technical skills and am an expert on SaaS, AWS, Docker virtualisation and Python.

Personal profile

My interest in developing technical people and organisations have lead me to write the book Rosé på terrassen on getting the perfect job in the IT industry. I have also published the podcast Hvor blev tiden af? on the controversial topic of estimation. I live with my family in Copenhagen, Denmark.
