There are not enough strong candidates for software roles like developer, QA, Product Owner or Data Scientist. This makes recruiting for such roles expensive – and sometimes you cannot attract qualified candidates at all. At the same time many clever and talented people are eager to step up to a such a position even if they lack some of the technical qualifications. These talents may be working other jobs in your organisation or they may come with degrees outside IT. If you are prepared to let them reskill, they are motivated to go an extra mile on a smaller budget. With Co-pilot you can develop your future stars in a Graduate Program that will teach them all the required skills in an intense study program in parallel with them joining your software team. Co-pilot designs an customised learning plan for every partipant in the Graduate Program. A personal expert mentor holds weekly sessions with the participant, assigns exercises and follows up individually on all issues that they encounter. The program includes online courses and books that will lift the participant’s level in the exact areas that are most important.

This price is for on-site programs in Copenhagen or remote programs. The price includes 1.5 hours of direct mentoring per week for each participant, continuous Q&A per email, a constantly updated, individual learning program plus books and online courses assigned by the mentor.
